Did You Know :

  1. Pepper pungency is about 10 X greater after drying!
  2. Also peppers that are grown under stress and/or high heat and humidity will be hottter than peppers grown under moderate climatic conditions. Explains why the taste varies year to year, EH?
  3. The seeds are one of the hottest parts of the pepper.... It is suggested that you do not touch your face when handling hot peppers!
